3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master card, Laser card and American Express.
4. Are my credit card details 100% secure?
Yes. All data transmitted is encrypted via our secure server (SSL) and we do not store any of your card details. We use strong security measures to prevent the loss and misuse of your information.
5. Where do you ship to?
All Occasions Hampers ships both within Ireland and worldwide. However some countries have restrictions on alcohol and as a result such products and hampers cannot be delivered.
6. How much is my Hamper to deliver?
Our shipping rates can be found in our Shipping & Delivery page. You can also calculate the shipping charges on each hamper by selecting the country in the drop down tab.
7. How long does shipping take?
This is dependent on the hamper itself, i.e. personalised hampers will take longer to arrive. Please see the product’s description page for standard delivery times.
8. Can you deliver to a workplace?
Yes, we can deliver to any work places in Ireland.
9. Do you deliver to hospitals?
Yes, we can deliver to any hospitals in Ireland.
10. Will the recipient know the value of the hamper I am sending?
No. No details are sent which denote the value of the hamper you have purchased.
Instead it will be emailed to you when your order is placed.
11. Will my recipient know who the hamper is from?
Yes. We will include a greeting card with your hamper or gift with your name and message.
12. What will happen if the recipient isn't home?
If the recipient is not home, the courier will leave a message on their phone or a calling card for instructions for redelivery at a suitable time.
13. Can I track my hamper or gift?
Yes. Once your hamper has been picked up you will receive an email confirming the dispatch and providing you with a link to track your hamper. Please check your Spam/Junk email folder in case the email is there.
14. Can I add multiple hampers on one order?
You can add as many hampers or gifts as you like to your order. If you are sending more than 10 hampers to a nominated location please contact us so that we can confirm delivery charges with you.
15. Can I change a few items in my Hamper?
Yes. If you need some product changes made to your hamper we will consider your request if notified in advance. Please note that during special events (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas) we reserve the right to not accept alterations.
16. What if a product has to be substituted in my hamper?
All our products are subject to availability. If it is necessary to substitute an item the replacement item will be of equal or greater value than the original item.
17. What is the currency of the prices shown on All Occasions Hampers?
All site prices are shown in Euro.
18. Do the listed prices on gifts & Hampers include VAT?
Yes all the prices seen on our website are inclusive of VAT.
19. Can I set up a corporate account?
